At Inside Lakes Learning Institute, we understand that schedules can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness for all clients and to maintain the quality of our services, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation Notice and Fees

To accommodate all our clients efficiently and to manage our resources effectively, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your registration. This policy ensures that we can offer available spots to other clients who may be waiting for a registration.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full amount of your registration fee. This policy applies to all cancellations, including no-shows, as missed registrations impact our ability to serve other clients and maintain the high standards you expect from us.

Likewise, we respect your time and will also adhere to the same 48-hour notice should we need to cancel or reschedule your registration.

No-Show Policy

If you do not provide prior notice and fail to attend your scheduled session, your registration fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Repeated no-shows may impact future registration opportunities.

Exceptions

If you experience an emergency that prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
